CONTRACTORS' NAMES AND OTHER RESOURCES

These are some people with whom the friends of Asbury Radio (formerly Restore by the Shore) have had good experiences. Anybody can have bad days and we cannot guarantee anyone's work. But at least this beats going a pig and a poke.

       Always get written estimates, attach a detailed sheet if you have specific instructions for the contractor (keep a copy for yourself) and always withhold a portion of the balance due until you've had a chance to live with the work for a while -- "sleep on it." The latter timeframe will vary with the type of work done. For example, a new roof should be subjected to severe weather, before you settle up with the contractor.

      Asbury Radio accepts no compensation for referring these people. In the meanwhile, all we ask is that you let the contractor or business know that we referred you.

Neither homeowners who feel they've gotten low quality or bad service - nor contractors who feel they've been treated unfairly should be muzzled. This is a forum.
